Jenna’s Blog: Just a little blog where I take recipes from all kinds of places, randomly googled blogs, The Primal Blueprint Cookbook, and The Paleo Diet Cookbook. I write about whether my meal tasted good, or if I would have done something differently the next time. It’s informal, but it’s local!

Everydaypaleo : “I’m a busy mother of three, wife, a trainer for Norcal Strength and Conditioning, and well – totally human!  When I’m not playing with the boys, hanging out with the hubby, or in the gym, I’m usually in the kitchen creating my latest family friendly paleo meal! During my own paleo journey I have learned a lot about how to successfully feed a family paleo and this blog is a chance for me to share with you some of the paleo related tidbits, stories, and advice that only comes from experience.” – Blog Writer, Sarah

Paleo Blocks:  Leah T. and Laura M. are both athletes at CrossFit High Voltage Voltage. In September 2009 we went to Robb Wolf’s CrossFit Nutrition Certification class at CrossFit Monrovia. We learned so much and we want to share it with everyone to live the best life possible! We will do our best to help you in your endeavors in either the Zone or Paleo lifestyle. Please feel free to email us with any questions!

My paleo Kitchen : “My name is Naomi Kooiker. I’m a 21 year old student from the netherlands. I found out about paleo in the summer of 2007 through Loren Cordain’s book “The paleo diet”. Because it seemed so logical to me I immediately jumped on the band wagon and turned from a tired all the time, lazy teenager into a bursting with energy, allergy free, acne-free student as I started studying english that following september.” Blog Writer, Naomi

Mark’s Daily Apple : Ultimately, I intend to use this space to empower people to take full responsibility for their own health and enjoyment of life by investigating, discussing, and critically rethinking everything we’ve assumed to be true about health and wellness.  At MDA, we vociferously defend, question, probe, support, refute, and bolster the Primal Blueprint with science, careful observations, and personal experience. The Blueprint is pragmatic, rather than dogmatic; beautifully simplistic, rather than terribly complex. We don’t count calories – we listen to our bodies while keeping an ear to cutting-edge research.  If you’re interested in challenging long-held assumptions, simplifying your lifestyle, and seizing control of your health, take a bite out of Mark’s Daily Apple.
