Upcoming Events!

Just a reminder… this Saturday 2/16 @ noon @ HCF: Paleo Pitch-in + meeting.  The food challenge for the pitch-in is *Chocolate*  If you use dark chocolate or cocoa powder in a Main Dish or Side Dish you have a chance to win a $15 Olive Leaf gift certificate!  Winner is chosen by most votes!!! If you make a dessert, you have a chance to win a bag of chocolate flavored warrior cereal.  Winner will also be determined by most votes.

*Start reflecting on how you felt at the beginning of the challenge to how you feel now. What questions do you still have? What are you struggling with? What is working for you??? Let’s chat!

2/23 @ 5pm @ THE OLIVE LEAF: The owners are providing a tour and explanation of their oils and vinegars. You’ll learn the nutritional benefits, the difference in quality, recipe ideas and fun facts about olive oil.  We’ll provide paleo food for sampling their products! Paleo challengers are free and non-challengers are $5. Everyone will sign up via mindbody. Non-challengers will need to create their own account and register separately.

3/1 @ 7:30pm @ Jenna’s House: Near – the – end – of – challenge Paleo ice cream party!  Donate full-fat quality brand coconut milk cans to the gym, promote ice cream flavors you’ll think you’ll like, and I’ll get the ingredients.

3/2 @ 12:01am is the End of the paleo challenge! + the throw down is that morning.

  • *Measurements and WOD benchmarks are TBA* 
  • Video upload for 20 bonus points needs to be accomplished by  March 10.  We will provide topics for reflection by the last week of the challenge.

3/16 or 3/17 will be the last paleo meeting to announce the winners!  date/time TBA!
