This Sunday 2/10 at 5pm: Cooing Seminar with Damian Esposito.  You will learn basic cooking techniques, plus exploring new flavors.  Register in your mindbody account under the events tab!  Challengers are free and non challengers are $5.

Saturday 2/16 at Noon after the WOD: Pitch-in and Meeting! The Secret ingredient challenge is TBA.  The winner receives an olive leaf Gift Card!

Saturday 2/23 at 5pm: Group outing at the Olive Leaf!  The owners will provide information on nutritional benefits, what makes olive oil great quality, and a tour/pairings of all oils and vinegars.  Paleo munchies will be provided!  Challengers are free and non-challengers are $5.
