Paleo Challenge starts TONIGHT!

The Paleo Challenge is back and It’s better than ever!

We have 12 teams battling out to see who will win the Grand Prize!  If you’re in the paleo challenge, subscribe to this blog to stay in touch with updated challenge details, paleo in the news, cool recipes, and more!

If you haven’t registered yet, we have 12 teams signed up: Look below to see the grand prize benchmarks!

5 teams register: winning team receives: $225.
10 teams register: $450.
15 teams register: $750.
20 teams register: $1250.
25 teams register: $1600.

Week 0: January 20 @ 5pm Paleo Meeting at HCF.**

Week 1: January 27@ 5pm. Grocery Store Tour at Kroger. Location TBA.

Week 2: February 2nd @ 5:30pm.  Paleo – Pitch in + Meeting AFTER the Bring a Friend WOD.**

Week 3: Possible culinary experience to learn how to cook! Yay!!  More info TBA

Week 4: February 16 @ noon: Paleo- Pitch in  Lunch + Meeting after the TEAM WOD**

Week 5: A Group tour and educational experience at the Olive Leaf.  Snacks (other than bread) for tasting will be provided. February 9 or 10 in the afternoon or evening.

Week 6: March 2nd at 5:30pm Paleo- Pitch in  Lunch + Meeting after the Bring a Friend WOD** This will   be a meeting that concludes the paleo challenge.  We plan on getting together 1 more time the following week to announce the winners.

*This is just a hint of what’s coming up. changes are always a possibility.

**Meetings are not mandatory, but suggested. All but the first meeting will be a pitch-in lunch or dinner.  Each time we meet there will be a mini-challenge to win a small prize. All challenges are individual, not teams. We will provide plates and utensils, you will provide food to pitch in.
