Read the Labels

Have you been Reading the labels?  Before throwing something in the cart, make sure you check the label. You may think the spice you are picking up is harmless.  But it may have artificial flavorings or additives that prevent the spice from caking.  In this cheapo-spice container, there’s sugar, other natural flavors, and “grill flavor.”  Just use the grill to get grill flavor, right?  On this challenge, we are taking out nearly all things that aren’t natural to human consumption.  If it doesn’t walk like a duck or talk like a duck, it’s probably a chicken.

 

**Also, don’t forget to turn in 1 day’s worth of your paleo Journal between now and Sunday! You can email it, handwrite it, take a picture of it, any way you can.**

    So true! I’ve also noticed that when it says “all natural” it can have a ton of ingredients…certainly not all paleo approved.
