You may have heard about the Paleo Challenge! This is a 6 week challenge that can help you sleep better, work better, and feel better with only changing how you fuel your body. What to expect?
Before the Challenge: We’ll have a seminar to help you learn more about Paleo. It will be about 2 hours in length where you will learn what it is, why people are doing it all over the world, and why it’s more than just a diet. The week following the seminar is also the week before the challenge; this is your opportunity to clean out your cubbords and get ready for the Challenge!
During the Challenge: It’s called the paleo challenge because it’s not easy! We will have weekly meetings, daily journal logs, updated blog posts, and weekly mini challenges where you can win small prizes.
After the Challenge: For those who are honest about staying true, 100%, the whole 6 weeks have the opportunity to receive a cash prize in the end. We will consider your participation during the challenge and overall success over a 6-week period.
