Why am I doing this!?

Doctors tell people ALL OF THE TIME to fix their diet. . .or you can just take this little pill every day for the rest of your life. That little pill may keep you alive, but you’re, still, a ravenous zombie, masking disease and unhappiness.   If you love this idea of life, then I’m not really talking to you.  But if you think you’ve done all you can to love how you look naked, to stop the emotional roller coaster, and start having clarity and energy throughout your day, but nothing is working (even paleo), then you need to take paleo on full force.

Stop being a zombie.  I DON’T WANT TO BE A ZOMBIE!  Do you!?  

If you’re doing paleo right, your fat should melt, your cravings should subside, you’re sleep is sound, your energy and clarity during the day is amazing, and somehow you’re happy around a lot of people who aren’t (those are the zombies!!!).

Your goal (and my goal) is to consume meat and veggies mainly (if you’re hungry after eating, you didn’t eat enough – look to The Zone for a better idea portion control) for breakfast, lunch and dinner, with some berries and nuts with meals and throughout the day.  If you’re plate doesn’t look like the one below, then STEP UP TO THE PLATE and stop snacking on the paleo sh*t!  This includes constant snacking and over-indulging on chocolate, nut breads/cookies,  honey, dates/dried fruit bars, and anything else you can’t resist!
