Weekly Meeting at our House!

Hey folks!  Our first weekly get together is at our house on Sunday, February 5 at 4:30-5:30pm.  This gives you enough time to hustle to another friend’s house if you had other plans for the game.  The meeting is not mandatory, but is always great motivation to get pumped up about the next week. We generally discuss how your last week went, if you experienced a great meal you wanted to share, or tips for budget, time management, etc.

The Weekly Challenge is fun and not mandatory; however, it can help you earn prizes each week and we’ll also take your participation into account when choosing the Paleo Challenge Winner!  This week, you’re challenge is to create a side dish for our super bowl party (only paleo challenge participants are eligible to win).   Shaun and I will provide meat, like bratwurst and steak (you know, man food).  Non-paleo participants can share their side dish, too! Everyone in attendance will vote on their favorite by half-time of the Super Bowl, and a winner will be determined!


Meeting: 4:30-5:30pm at our house. Directions will be emailed to all members in the gym. (for paleo challenge participants)

Party: 6:30pm – game over!  (everyone at the gym is invited!)

Weekly challenge: Bring a side dish and make it paleo!  (non-paleo challenge participants are encouraged to bring a side dish, but you’re not eligible to win a prize).
