So I was looking for a mashed cauliflower recipe; usually i just like veggies as they are and don’t like to get to creative. It has something to do with mixing flavors that I’m not fond of, but I found Nom Nom Paleo. FIRSTLY, what an awesome name; you just nom, nom, nom the food because it’s so Good! SECONDLY, when she said, “The only part you can fuck up is if all the water dries up in the bottom of the pot,” then I knew this website was for me. What a cool chick.

- 5 large cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoons grassfed butter
- ¼ teaspoon freshly ground nutmeg
- Freshly ground black pepper to taste
