The “paleo” diet is not a diet at all, but rather a lifestyle that improves your health and wellness beyond losing weight.  Let’s not call it paleo. Let’s not call it a diet.  Let’s call it normal,  logical and obvious.

First and foremost, lets get this straight.  You are quite literally addicted to food and possibly alcohol.  If you can’t go 1 week, 2 weeks, 3 weeks, or 1 month without your favorite foods, then you have an addiction and you ought to take this seriously.  The “I don’t care” side of you is the side that succumbs to addiction.  You’re obviously not happy with your weight, your progress in the gym, and/or your progress in life.  Start Caring and Take This Challenge.

Let’s get simple.  During this challenge you will focus on eating meat and vegetables accompanied by a little bit of fat on a regular basis.  Fruit and extra nuts are not staple foods and should be consumed in moderation.
