Don’t you feel like you need to live a little?

The title of this article is what conventional zombies may ask you while you’re transforming your lifestyle.

Your reply: “I AM LIVING.”  Cara’s most recent blog reflection over the past month gave me inspiration for this post.  In addition, she stated, “I don’t think I realized how important it is to have a support system when it comes to your health.”

You can be a leader or you can give in to peer pressure.  You think of peer pressure (or bullying, however you want to look at it) as something that thrives in grade school. It’s not. You would also think we, adults, have grown up. We havn’t.  Co-workers, friends, and family may judge you immediately, question how you can be healthy with only vegetables and meat (stop for a minute and think about that), and some will have reservations about your plan.  It is important to have the answers.  Research them!  It’s not only about fat loss, it’s about sickness!  YOU do YOUR homework!  You believe in paleo because of your overall health.  Food irritates the gut and taking that food away helps hundreds of issues to disappear. period.

You might be a Zombie right now, but One Day, You will Be Living all of the time and you won’t feel like you are denied Anything.

    Absolutely agree! Once I finally threw around a few words like inflammation, insulin, and glucose, they didn’t have much to say!
