“If It’s Important, You’ll Find A Way. If It Isn’t, You’ll Find An Excuse”

When I go to work, I’m inspired everyday.  Some Hoosier CrossFitters are the most hard working, committed individuals I’ve ever met.   They might not feel it all of the time when their scores on the board don’t reflect those of the most elite athletes.   However, your determination to move well,  commitment to consistent workouts, and relentless motivation to keep going when the going gets tough is what sets you apart from the others.

Many can acknowledge that their life was in a downward spiral of confusion with their diet and frustration with their physical activities before Hoosier CrossFit.    You can most definitely get a good workout on your own and successes can be astronomical! But knowing most women, isolated motivation will last between 1 week and 6 months.  It’s an awful roller coaster – spending hours and months to get somewhat of a hot summer body, then gaining our lbs. back over the winter just to do it all over again next year. Our Hoosier CrossFit women never have to go through that again.   Our network of positive influences help women be encouraged, set goals and meet them, and eventually get what they’ve always wanted, satisfaction.

Ultimately, your success doesn’t only come from our great programming Shaun provides or the awesome encouragement from the community at the gym.  Your success comes from You: You show up, You work on your weaknesses before class, You make appropriate food choices, You surround yourself around people outside of the gym who support your efforts.  Someone who respects you; someone who will not judge your funny eating habits or infatuation with high intensity workouts.    Everyone has 24 hours in a day – You choose how you spend it.

If It’s Important, You’ll Find A Way. If It Isn’t, You’ll Find An Excuse” … with the understanding that shit happens, 99.9% of the time you can work around your “problems.”   My friend quoted this one day and it makes so much sense.
