Paleo Pumpkin Pie

I don’t know about you, but I’ve been craving pumpkin pie! Why wait until November? Try Heather R.’s Recipe!
1 1/2C almond flour
1/4C olive oil
1t almond extract
1 egg

1 can of pure pumpkin
3 eggs
1C coconut milk
1/2C almond butter
1T vanilla
2T cinnamon

Directions preheat oven @ 350


  1. mix all ingredients together
  2. press evenly into pie pan
  3. it should resemble a graham cracker crust


  1. beat eggs almond butter and vanilla until smooth
  2. add other ingredients and mix well
  3. fill crust with pie filling
  4. bake for 50 min
