Soda? Bad? duh.

You’re probably getting better, trying to cut back.  But please stop convincing yourself that diet sodas are a healthy option. If they are Zero Everything – carbs, sugar, nutrients, then WHAT are they?  Frankly, that’s a rhetorical question I don’t  feel I have to answer.  If I don’t know what it is, I figure my body doesn’t know what it is,  thus most likely react negatively.   If you are really serious about losing weight, you’re wasting time.  If you say “But I NEED it to get through my Horrible work Day!” then you really need to quit soft drinks, plus start eating a variety of vegetables, meat, nuts and seeds.  You’ll start enjoying life, sleeping better, feeling sexy, and having energy from morning to evening.   I promise.
