What’s in store for you…

It seems that exercise takes priority over food quality a lot of time.  I hear from folks, “I’ll eat this doughnut and exercise later.”  Which is where we come in.  Someone acknowledges that they need accountability to show up and get work done at the gym.  When you first step in our doors the first think you think is, “I wasn’t expecting this place to look like this.”  The second thing you think is, “What’s going to happen next?”  The first two weeks you’re going to wonder how a 10 minute workout is going to make you stronger with better cardio endurance, more flexibility and body awareness.  After 4 weeks you’re going to wonder how you’ll possibly “keep up” and be ready for our group classes.  After 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 months you’re going to start noticing that the “hard work” you put into going to the gym throughout your entire lifetime was a complete waste of time.  You Crave coming to the gym. You’re Excited about coming to the gym.  And You can’t Stop Talking About Hoosier CrossFit.  The goals you are creating at this point are unimaginable to you right now.

Our gym retains a community of like-minded people.  How are we like-minded? 1. goals, usually to get toned and stay fit and healthy; 2. Humble, everyone will have an experience with weaknesses in the gym, but because of having 3.  “I can attitude,”  the people who see the most benefit from CrossFit are those who don’t complain, but they just work hard; 4.  Nutrition, we believe in a diet void of grains and dairy because, not only do we see an increase in strength and work capacity in the gym, but your energy, mood, disease, sickness, everything will take a 180 degree turn.

So, when we want to get our 60-70 members together, do we order pizza? No Way.  We order up a Paleo Pitch in.  We have desserts, snacks, main courses, and salads for everyone to share and taste made with a modern twist on Meat, Veggies, nuts/seeds, and fruit.  Before and after classes we’ll exchange recipes and talk about how our latest meal turned out.  Sometimes, I get text messages, emails, and facebook updates about a meal that rocked their pants off.

So let me ask you. How much do you really want to achieve good health and fitness.  Because when you go to the gym, do the Owners greet you with a smile? Do the owners show you how to do movements properly? Do the Owners give you a ball-busting workout?  Do the Owners hold you accountable to making good decisions when fueling your body?  Do you text pictures of your dinner to the Owners of Your Gym?
