We have short cycles. We have long cycles. We have, sometimes, no cycles.  We have light cycles.  We have heavy cycles. We have pain.  We have bloating.  We have cravings.  We have serious mood swings. UGH. Did it ever occur to you that your monthly experience can improve, or better yet, go away completely – just because you eliminated some dietary habits?  Get rid of your Pamprin and Midol for good!  I, personally, can attest that my pain has 100% disappeared.  It’s kind of magical.

Taking them out means we no longer have inflammation anywhere in our body.
