Do you notice the “must be complimented” part from the American Heart Association? They say this because doctors just cut to the chase. They know that you don’t have enough self control to eat right. You get this for $4-$12 per class. You bulk up all the classes and it costs around $100. Frankly, it seems a little cheep when you put it that way.
Excuses #3: I have a bum knee, back, hips, foot, belly….etc.
Reply #3: You have problem somewhere in your body. You are resulting to a higher risk of diabetes, heart disease, and obesity. CrossFit workouts can be rehabilitative when programmed properly with knowledgeable coaching. Our workouts can also be modified so you are not constantly and consistently continuing to injure yourself. At the end of the day, a bad knee is an excuse to be lazy.
